This Personal Data Processing Agreement (the “Agreement”) sets out the obligations of Unichain Finance s.r.o., Company ID: 22199349, operating under the trade name BitSwap (the “Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”), regarding the protection of personal data, and the rights of individuals (“you”, “your”) in connection with the processing of your personal data.
